Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mifeng VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing and will provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may compromise system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). Your use of those functions is also subject to the respective terms of those providers.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, carrier faults, or local network restrictions. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your home country without a suitable plan, the resulting roaming charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by battery depletion, operating-system restrictions, or third-party network faults is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and App information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service without prior notice.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mifeng VPN. Please review this refund policy carefully before purchase and confirm that the product features, plan benefits, and usage scenarios meet your needs.

Non-Refund Policy: once software authorization, digital service access, or subscription benefits have been delivered, the sale is considered final and generally non-refundable.

Product Evaluation: users are encouraged to evaluate the free version, trial benefits, or available product information before purchasing.

Customer Support: if installation, connection, or account issues occur, please contact support and we will help troubleshoot where possible.

Technical Issues: some network environments may affect service quality. We will work to resolve issues, but troubleshooting alone does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided when licenses, accounts, or digital benefits are shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy, with changes taking effect when published.

By purchasing and using the software or service, you agree to comply with this non-refund policy.
